Jerome Wilkerson, the co-founder with his wife Vickie, laid a foundation of medical excellence care, rendering leading-edge quality care for hearing loss and related medical concerns that continue in his offices to this day. He valued the human connection that better hearing gives each patient and their loved ones. Jerome’s love for serving the hearing impaired like himself was exceeded only by his generosity and love for his family and his Savior.His contributions to the hearing impaired industry and the outstanding treatment given to those struggling with hearing loss will survive him.

He will be remembered by the thousands of patients whose lives he impacted. He was a passionate medical specialist, a devoted husband, and a caring father and grandfather. Hearing Healthcare Center has a reputation for medical eminence that is nationally renowned. We will continue in Jerome’s legacy by providing excellent patient care and the very best in hearing technology for those in our wonderful community. Vickie Wilkerson

Vickie

Vickie has been faithfully serving alongside her husband since 1986. She has a genuine love for and desire to help the hearing impaired. Since 1986, Vickie has used her personal experience of dealing with hearing loss to help her understand and educate other families who have a loved one that struggles with hearing loss. This valuable experience enables her to help others adjust to life with hearing aids.

David Wilkerson

David

David is the oldest son of Jerome and Vickie Wilkerson. He was born with a hearing loss and began wearing hearing aids at the age of five. His use of hearing aids, along with growing up in the family business, has given him an intense understanding and compassion for the struggles faced by the hearing impaired. He has had extensive training in the programming and modification of hearing aids. David has been working with the hearing impaired since 1999 and manages the Anderson office. He loves working in a field where he is making a difference in people’s lives.

Sandra Skipper

Sandi

Sandra has practiced audiology in the Upstate since 1983. Her specialty is hearing aid fitting and fine tuning of the hearing aids specifically to maximize word clarity for her patients. She enjoys meeting people and guiding them through the better hearing process.lives.

Tammy has been serving the hearing impaired in our Greenville office since 1990. She has a special knack for taking care of her patients and her hands-on approach has developed into a loyal customer following. For Tammy, it’s not just a “job’’– she has an intense passion for helping others hear and loves each of her patients as if they were a part of her own family.

Cathy Berg

Cathy has over 40 years of experience in the hearing healthcare profession. In 1978, she began her career in the actual building, troubleshooting, and quality control end of hearing aids. She then moved to educate medical professionals to better serve and provide patients with the best care possible. She is very passionate about helping the hearing impaired.

Johnny Wise

Johnny has helped find the perfect hearing solutions for those in the Upstate since 2011. Johnny runs offices in Seneca and Greenwood. He and his wife, Dianne, have been married for 40 years and have two children and four grandchildren. They both have a hearing loss and understand what it’s like not to be able to connect with friends and family. “We don’t just do this, we live it. So we understand the difficulty our patients deal with when they have a hearing loss.”

Tim has dedicated his career to providing the very best in hearing technology to the hearing impaired in the community. Tim takes the necessary time needed to listen to each patient and what they have to say about their hearing loss, how it makes them feel, and how it affects their individual lives. He has worked with some of the most complex hearing difficulties and has helped provide simple, affordable solutions to hundreds of individuals.

Trina Cox

Trina was born in Mount Airy, NC. She has been in the hearing industry since November 2017 and has been a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in South Carolina since November 2019. She has been with Hearing Healthcare Center since October 2021. Trina has four children and four grandchildren. She enjoys playing tennis and outdoor activities along with serving in her church and tutoring math when she has time. She especially loves helping people hear and communicate better with their loved ones. 


Al Robinson

Al Robinson

Al grew up in Elberton, GA, and later attended Lander University in Greenwood, SC. He met his wife there and settled in Anderson County, SC. Al has been a Hearing Aid Specialist since 2016, working in various Upstate offices. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating hearing issues, he’s licensed to dispense hearing aids in South Carolina and is a member of the state’s International Hearing Society chapter. Outside work, he enjoys family time and outdoor activities.
